Tools, Techniques, Video Production and Copyright”

Karad, August 29, 2026: A one-day workshop on “AI-Enabled E-Content Development: Tools, Techniques, Video Production and Copyright” was organized by SPPU Research Park Foundation, Pune, in association with Krishna Institute of Pharmacy (KIP), Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Karad. The online workshop was conducted through Zoom from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to equip faculty members with contemporary Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and techniques for creating engaging digital educational content and educational videos.
Inaugural Session: The programme commenced with the welcome address by Dr. N. R. Jadhav, Dean, KIP and Organizing Chairman. He highlighted the growing importance of AI in higher education and its role in creating interactive, innovative and learner-centric e-content. Ms. Rutuja R. Gharal, Assistant Professor, KIP, anchored the programme.
Technical Sessions: Dr. Arvind Shaligram, CEO, SPPU Research Park Foundation, Pune, introduced AI applications in e-content creation, including gamification, Virtual Reality for industry tours, DrugGPT and free/open-source AI tools. Mr. Vasim Pathan, Post Production In-charge, Symbiosis Studios, Pune, demonstrated NotebookLM/Gemini Notebook LLM, Inworld AI for audio voiceovers, Lumen5, Canva AI and Suno, along with AI integration for educational video production.
Special Interactive Segment: An award-winning UGC-CEC MOOC film was screened, followed by an interaction with Dr. Parvathy Balakrishnan, Assistant Professor, Department of Pediatrics, KIMS, KVV, Karad. She shared her experience of developing the award-winning MOOC and guided faculty members on creating quality academic digital content.
Copyright and Valedictory: Dr. D. K. Agarwal, Director, Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship, KVV, Karad, highlighted copyright protection for AI-enabled e-content. The workshop concluded with a post-test, feedback and valedictory function. Dr. V. S. Ghorpade, Organizing Secretary, delivered the vote of thanks.
